NEU is materially undervalued, page-66

I thought it might be a good time to re-visit this thread, which started with one of the two - by me - most appreciated posters on the NEU threads, i.e. with a post by "Little T", which was made on 10.8.24, i.e. tomorrow being 10.10.24 this is just two short months ago! ("hottod" is the lady that knows the science part superbly!)
IF anything is highlighted hereafter, this is my doing and NOT in the original post.

Little T's original post has 16 points and I just want to quote 3 of them - but perhaps it is of good use to go and read his whole post !

Perhaps Little T and /or others can give us a "logical" explanation why the share-price is getting more and more depressed?
