FMG may announce drilling program at EL6416 Lake Torrens, but currently, we are suspended from trading, no buying or selling possible (TAS).
TAS appears to be financially entwined with EDE, and it is unclear how long the suspension of TAS will last.
EDE being deemed a controlled entity by Tasman, which requires Tasman
to consolidate the Eden Accounts into its own accounts.
What is a controlled entity?
Why did TAS deem EDE a controlled entity?
Can TAS make this decision without shareholders' approval?
Why did this stop TAS from completing 2024 annual report?
Why did this stop TAS from Trading?
When will this be resolved?
Any insight and views would be appreciated
