The stock-broking hoses with vested interests all create value estimates.
I am incredulous that the law doesn't demand a broking house declare pecuniary interests and potential income derived when publishing 'valuations' on a stock.
I say this because many a broking house insider will openly laugh at what they have published for the investment community.
Furthermore many a punter, including me, has been burnt by broking house 'valuations'.
Trust no-one in finance, when it comes to decision to purchase.....anything!
As far as shares go. I believe it is best to access several sources of information and try to talk yourself out of buying a stock.
If that fails, you have a candidate on your watch-list.
