I’m thinking the opposite - 18,000,000 shares over 3 years at present levels doesn’t sound like much so will likely get approved, yet will be a massive win fall if the share price gets back to $1 or more - yet what percentage of their wage package is this accounting for ?? the performance rights are also based on getting the energy ink to a commercialization facility - so very specific and beneficial not just for them but also to us - pretty rare to see performance rights so specific and beneficial to shareholders as well as aligned to the company commercialising a product and producing revenue - these guys are not stupid - makes me think the share price has deliberately been kept depressed via no announcements so they can push this many shares through to their advantage. I’m going to put my neck out and predict a major announcement before Xmas after all these things have been approved that will take the share price back into double figures - who knows it may even spark a new uptrend !!?? E
