The DRO target markets are security, law enforcement and public safety. The ability to defeat non-military drones in and around prisons, sporting events and political rallies is a huge opportunity.
Using kinetics; lasers, microwaves or kamikaze drones results in collateral damage which is unacceptable in the civilian arena.
You are right the civilian market is reactionary, but so was the military market prior to the war in Ukraine.
