TLX is being capped @$21 the seller/ shorter is loving the bandwidth of the 40-70c drop every time it touches the high, must have big kuhunna's because any announcement that's price sensitive for the better will smash through this ceiling leaving them short or scrambling for shares.... I'm a tad concerned why the UK/EU announcements are delayed for so long, delay's like this are not a good sign usually. as for Brazil, well I'd give them another 2 yrs with the instability of a constantly shifting political landscape..... IMHO of course.
