I guess if they wanted a price with $ sign in front years ago then that was before a lot of dilution that has happened since then. So maybe that $1/share back then is 20c/share now? I haven't followed the dilution over the years on this one.
I'd be very surprised to see an offer over low 20c. There's just not enough upside for a buyer at that price imo.
Yes management have a lot of shares, but at some point they're going to want to cash out as well. It has been a long and hard slog.
Happy to keep watching this one, fingers crossed for holders that I'm wrong and you get an offer closer to what you all seem to expect.
