For all the reasons you have succinctly explained Piwi33 I have found the ignore selection a great option. Understandably plenty of noise on Hot Copper but helpful when dealing with the noisiest, nastiest or the saddest posters. Not sure what has happened in their lives and while I'm sympathetic I just don't have time for the BS. Good investment practice is hard enough balancing risk and return and keeping emotions in check when receiving unwelcome comments from the "I told you so" brigade. I still think EXR is a good investment. It might not be. What others think is irrelevant. Cheers, Brett
