My guess is that its mostly the 2nd tranche through Hartley's that is being sold down - a 33% profit for a 2 week investment is a damn fine return in anyone's language.

Meanwhile LME tin stock dropped about 2% on Friday - 410t and the price went up the same - it is poised to crack the usd$12/lb again.
As regards the announcement, potential scope to start production using open pit will save heaps of time and $$ compared to the underground.
