Pega, holders of the former GSR shares have the right to be wary. You have to ask why GH was present at the site while it was being mined? Did he see an opportunity? Was he aware of criminal proceedings which subsequently failed in court for missing FMR gold?

GSR holders were aware FMR were processing low grade ore from the drive, down to richer mineralization. I was not aware that they were not following the geological model. Revelation indeed. Old holders like myself were aware of historical, high grade drilling results by a previous entity and expected that GSR would follow a geological model given the fact that GSR directors were geologists.

Did the same GSR directors miscue the drilling as suggested by other commentators on old GSR threads in their partnership with CNJ looking for platinum at Mt Thirsty which bordered GAL's nice find. In the past, it was commented that old drill cores went missing at CNJ which may have provided direction. Bad management??

However, we cannot cry over spilt milk. The situation has changed. Some old directors have left the building, and as you say, Pega, some reputable guys are now involved. If you read the book, "Trading in the Shadow of the Smart Money", you get an idea of the lengths some go to, to get control of resources and the near impossibility of enforcing accountability except for LK et al..

The leverage from vigilance, through LK will assist shareholders best interests. I remember when the CBA was hit with a successful class action when its tactics were exposed with Oz Minerals some years ago. These guys are on notice through LK's et al activities. I am sure we can only benefit from now on. The old joke - When the guy visited the dentist, he grabbed the dentist by the nuts and said, we won't hurt one another will we? Positive outcome.

The reality is now, to follow the smart money and get on their coat tails.
