Although the things you mention might be happening, I think the main reason the share price is so low is mainly just the market's assessment of the value of the company. After taking its history, the current circumstances and its future prospects into account many people, including me, have sold at a significant loss. The company appears to have a very limited future unless it can get financing for at least the first of its mines. We have seen its forward looking statements, like this annoucement, come to nothing too many times.

I will be buying back in if financing for Nueva Sabana is achieved. Until then people can try to manipulate the share price as much as they want - it won't make much difference.
