I'm tracking large capital inflows and outflows.
To be considered an inflow a sale must execute at the ask price, an outflow must execute at the bid price.
Stocks clouded with negative sentiment like Vault tend to be playgrounds for larger institutional players.
They drive prices much lower than most would think possible.
They love to play ping pong with the price, effectively taking all volatility out of the stock.
Smaller market participants become frustrated and sell their shares to these vultures.
When large capital starts hitting the ask more often than the bid, one can only assume that selling pressure is easing.

IMO a catalyst event could rip VAU price much higher.
Guess who will be raking in all the chips.
    The vultures.
I've seen this play out way too many times for this to be coincidental.
