you keep asking about directors buying, no retail shareholders can explain why they aren't buying at these low levels, yes it would great sign of confidence if the directors start buying shares, but again you just keep rehashing the same lines day in day out, nothing original.
if the project gets off the ground, which i think more people belief will happen then not, then the current market cap will be a thing of the past
