Well I am still none the wiser about any relationship or non-relationship or royalty or non-royalty between NENE and Dyesol, and I do realise I've quite possibly burnt my bridges here, but if anyone wants to weigh in on this subject then I am all ears.

In the absence of any further authoritative information, I am going with the following: NENE is using technology and materials totally independent of DYE (albeit possibly un-proven at this stage) and does not have to pay any form of royalty or fee to Dyesol.
