I reckon there will have to be a PL7 before any serious buyer / money pours into this company.
PL5 will confirm performance and manfacturing. PL6 will confirm industry standard & competitiveness. However because of the delays due to the testing of every step and layer - 6 months to manufacture a single batch of wafers, they will need a PL7 to confirm economic viability to a "partner" or acquirer.
Some independent testing and validation by Stanford wouldn't hurt either for market confidence.
Just an opinion.
