Just far too many shares on issue for it to move quickly ,including the latest 86 mill new shares and same amount of oppies EXE s diluted market is around $180mill ,but i suppose we will have plenty of cash,, $54 mill just from CNOOC by the time they exercise the oppies .Mid next year we should fire up.
