I have been a shareholder since 12 Nov 2010 and have not received any entitlement.

I spoke to RTL yesterday, who advised the capital raising is being done through a broker [such as Hartleys, Pattersons, etc,]; that they did not want to do an entitlement issue where shareholders send in their cheques.

As for the RIV takeover, I must agree with Mr Tibbs.

I can see RTL re-commencing trading at 45 cents (4.5 cents).
