I know you are overwhelmingly positive and supportive of this stock ESPIN, but if you listen/read some of the commentary around this court case there is much that is of a general nature concerning the need for African communities to be better consulted in mining negotiations and also to moving to more added value to their exports rather than simply exporting raw materials.
Many here also belittle the constitutional court as just another court when others found in favour of Genorah. In actual fact the ConCourt is SA'a highest court.
Take a break if you like ESPIN, but this court decision reflects issues much bigger than you might care to think. It is potentially ground shifting. Pardon the pun ;)
