There obviously a reason he will believe the shareprice will crash and buy MMR on market if they are relisted. If BPH is valued at $14 million currently with $5 million cash and MMR being valued at $12.5 million and limited cash due to repayments of debts and planned investment in Advent after RI he obviously has a very valid point. Am not sure of what discount MMR traded previously to BPH but I can't see how MMR can be valued at a premium to BPH after taking into there cash position. i think your going to struggle to convince punters to invest in RI if they even have a basic idea how to value a company
