If all goes well , then a return 3 to 4 times its present value is possible.
The value of that is diminished by any delays.
The downside is going broke, or repeated dilutive cap raises.
For me , it has one more cap raise , if it does this for something other than paying wages , that would be my entry.
On the other hand , if HRZ is able to execute well , the question becomes , are they a better bet?
