Its got nothing to do with the raise you ignoramus. Supplementary Prospectus' are usually released on the back of questions from ASIC as to some more information and explanations they would like to have seen in the Prospectus.
It is a very standard practise and has no bearing on how the raise is going.
And if today's announcement in BPH is anything to go by i would say it will be going very well as BPH confirmed that NOPTA approved the project.
