Stock is looking much better.....but miles off the $$ it used to be prior to them going in to funds management

This company is a first class developer with a quality land bank and aged care development business

The funds management business should be off their hands shortly , a white knight could then take the note holders out at a more reasonable level than the company share swap giving control to such a noble knight .

I think the move from 4c to 5.5c is minor and the potential is significant ..... someone must agree as the volumes are increasing and the sellers thinning .
