My questions are:
- why did NOPTA not have 1608 pages of concerns?
- what is the purpose of NOPTA if they come to the conclusion that this project should go ahead and the government is simply ignoring their job?
- what role does NOPTAs advice play if we end up in court?
- did any of the other applications have to deal with a similar amount of concerns after NOPTA approved them? If not, why PEP11?
- surely 1608 pages of concerns have not been produced in the last few months. Something smells.
- what if Advent does not respond to all the concerns raised in a manner the government likes. Is this going on forever then? How would a judge assess that amount of paperwork in a timely manner?
