Have NOPTA approved recommendation for both applications? Could you kindly explain the two applications.
There is one thing that we have overlooked.
ED has asked for responses from Advent regarding matters which cause him concern. THe document was very long !!!. Does this mean NOPTA did not do their job or does ED Husiv possess greater expertise?
This is a delaying tactic. ED still has the process of NOIR which will further delay a decision. IMO the Labor wants to delay the decision until afetr the election. Then it will be approved.
I would assume that if Labor makes it to caretaker mode, they will justify not making the decision until after the election.
Ed Husic must have reaonable and over ridding grounds to go against the NOPTA recomendations. THere are no overiding reasonable grounds.
PEP-11 is for one drill. No extraction of the resource.
PEP-11 should be viewed as such. Lets find what is down their and then make a decsion on wether to explot.
PEP-11, based on the evidence before us, will be approved. Just will take longer than I had hoped.
