All good. I maintain the view that the Government wanted the case struck out, they didn't get what they wanted. That's my interpretation. You have a far better understanding of the mechanisms of how that gets from concept to orders but the outcome is the same. If the Government was comfortable with status quo, they would be filing their defence on Monday.
