who knows what Clayton utz asked us for perhaps they did approach us to consent to discontinuing and we negotiated to the eventual adjournment.

what I am saying is the judge or court had no input into any of those discussions whatsoever. The court just signed the prepared order.

what I don't get is the rationale for why you think the govt would make a decision in November?

they have made it obvious that they would prefer to NOT make any decision and now there is no way to commence to force them until Feb next year.

they will have a very voluminous response to us to excuse another few months to review anyway.

i see it as completely back in nowhere land until mid Feb when we may have to fire up an application to court to set new dates and push on that.
