I am prepared for both outcomes as I don't believe either possibility can be ruled out. Albo breaking a promise would be seized on by the Liberals so a refusal is clearly possible. But, ignoring the NOPTA advice is fraught with danger and someone will pay a price down the track if the end result is approval. It's not a decision Husic will make easily, he will be losing sleep over it. He should have done what Porter and Taylor did to Scomo and told Albo to go forth. Rookie error.
