I would think 5 cents is abosulte max you could get for BKV shares from the merged business. This iplies a value of 20M for the total business which in my opinion would be totally over the top.
You never know what some crazy investors might pay.
The smart move would be for holders to sell BKV shares now.
On the other hand anyone smart would not be holding BKV shares.
As for Judge. The only thing I remember about him is losing a lot of shareholders money in Ariadne
