Hello Jules1984 it's all about taking a step back to go forward and trying to get them around the table and start talking gain. they(ALC/TO's) might be still against the idea but it's about building a relationship between the parties, and by doing the marine survey it's a good thing it's show's that GOT are now understanding what the ALC want and that is to be a GOOD CORPORATE CITIZEN.
maybe someone is taking a position in GOT cause they view the ann. as the correct way to do it and get this project up and running.
it might take awhile but it will be good times ahead if GOT continue to talk to the ALC/TO's .
