all the previous plans and placements left out SH and diluted much worse than this ann indicates.

At least we can have a share of what's on offer (like bottom SP and free attaching options) and short time will not help SP

LT is see a share consolidation and ultimately a positive cash flow that then will drive the SP

This is a pure speccie stock - can dive at any moment - but if we "wing" it the rewards may be reasonable (I'd settle for a SP of around 2.4 end of '11)
