Amongst all the strands of remuneration : less than 10% of remuneration on average was affected by the short term incentives for 2024
and for long term remuneration: less than ~3% on av.

They are taking the Mickey out of shareholders who have paid for their shares.

I hope I won't be alone in voting against the remuneration report or it ill only get worse. I will also vote against a number of other motions to signal my opposition to be taken for a mug.
Why is John Khoo on $600k, he barely has any responsibilities.
A lot of value was destroyed and they have effectively said, 'nothing to do with us' .
We probably couldn't afford the success case anyway !
