it`s the silence that`s unnerving
you`d think with a deadline to meet the court would release some sort of statement just to keep all parties informed
just to have hold on to the facts:
MLS won the appeal with no further legal debate allowed
The tenement leases have to follow as matter of course
This temporary uncertainty will pass soon
And drilling will start early next year
