In this current lithium market, I do not expect a "finalised" agreement with an equity partner in October, we surely have not been promised that, We seem to be at the bottom of the lithium price cycle, especially going by Rio's takeover offer of LTM last week, they would like to think they have made an offer at the lowest point in the lithium price cycle. LPD have called for binding submissions in October, it will take a while to negotiate and do legals hence we may not have news in November but something by December, if the lithium price was roaring we would have finance by now IMO.
