Just flicking through some charts and this caught my eye.
Interesting pattern, moving averages have been steady, solid 2 years of consolidation.
2 breakout attempts over the last couple of years have been subdued.
May be a better charm 3rd time?
Unlike last two times, a clearance of $2.30 on good volume would turn some heads this way in my opinion.
