I do hope everybody reads what Rob posted earlier:
By my reading IXR get Asia and Uganda, VMM get Brazil and EVERYTHING else is a 50-50 JV.
Now Uganda is a dead duck, so IXR really only has exclusive rights to market the technology to the Chinese ~ good luck with that !
AND IXR is now going to have to find 50% of the money to fund yet another SST for further development of the technology to use at Colossus in Brazil on which VMM will have 100% exclusive use of.
Talk about lopsided contracts!
