If they are raising $15mil. that would be 20 mil shares @.75c.. Instos a heap and us a %. of the 20 mil.. OR is it open slatter and Ife can sell as many as they wish to instos and 1 for 2 to s.h. therefore in this instance possibly raising heaps more dough than required but however really diluting us big time ,I dont know , any answers_ How many are they allowed to sell . ?
