Friendsanco, I apologise for repeating myself, but I have never come across a potential commercial partner who doesn't want their target partner in the best possible shape to be able to start and finish the trial that will hopefully lead to commercialisation.
Why on gods green earth, have they not allowed PAR to make a joint statement about the broad strokes they have in play. Can you imagine where the shareprice opens the next day, once the market place realises a commercial partner is actually there. Even if total funding from them is for say $60m, you trade immediately to 65c (everyone can pick their own #), which allows for PAR to do a less onerous cap raise (say 50c).

The playbook is well trodden here = take a dedicated healthcare fund, behind the Chinese wall, tell them of the commercial partners deal, tell them the funding short fall they will need ($50m, 100m shares at 50c), you have a liquidity event that allows a large player with a halo effect to enter your register, you never see 20c again.
