And this shows WDS slowness has nothing to do with processing time, AND equally for PCL - both must have completed it. So why PCL not ann hey - like many say it is their right to and they must under under ASX rules BS - the document signed with WDS will determine any confidentiality, just like many other commercial terms with many other Co and they need WDS approval - otherwise PCL would ann it - right!!!
