After speaking to someone at the registrar`s office one thing is clear: Mr K has not responded to the court`s 7 day demand. They have nothing new to his original notice of irregularity. (one wonders what he might have come with anyway).
So that can only mean that the appeal judgement stands and MLS is the rightful owner of the leases and the right of renewal.
Things aren`t that urgent in the office by the looks of it.
Just got to be patient I guess.
Still good news though.
