even if you get surcharge for cup of coffee $5....
the bank still charge the coffee owner 1.5%......
if im coffee owner i increase my coffee prices to $5.15.....
this sounds good but it wont work.......
who ever sold is dumb.....
banks still going charge merchants.....
merchant increase prices..... it doesnt do anything... it just sounds good.
but... the position affect will be people will see the real price ...
wont affect much.
