Clearly I do understand the concept of no results, no money, more dillution as you put it, as I am no longer a holder, I sold out before.

There is a lot of cost involved in fraccing a well, they are going to conduct further seismic surveys of the wells prior to fraccing. Why waste more money on fraccing one well without completing these tests first.

They will be conduct more seismic surveys throughout the area prior to considering fraccing.

In all seriousness, after they have conducted these surveys they may find that it isn't even worth fraccing the well, so no point wasting money when they aren't even sure if fraccing will make it flow yet.
