They will tell you it’s to attract institutional investors
Truth is they’ve diluted this company to hell through directors stuffing themselves silly with shares and all the placements they’ve done. And they have very little to show for it so far. They need to raise more money and consolidating the shares allows them to do it and start the dilution journey to 0.1c all over again
I guess it’s better than VA for us remaining shs but it does usually end up destroying more shareholder value
Directors will keep stuffing themselves with free shares so their effective control is retained
