if this company is as great as everyone seems to believe then i ask you the most simple question, why the directors dont put their money where their mouths are!
i see it as a complete lack of faith in the company AND above that they reward themselves bonus shares to avoid any need to purchase shares on the market (something that shows the market and shareholders confidence in the company!)
