yes well Namcor have probably been blindsided by this stupid request from WDS - what - seismic licence - what are u talking about - what is a seismic licence for, no one else has asked for one - we do not have ANY clause, or regulation to accomodate such a thing !!
So if Namcor were persuaded to issue such a thing - it might be on WDS to prepare a document that satisfies NAMCOR - why should NAMCOR rush around trying to develop one
If Namco have said - no - this is unnecessary - you need to commit or F.Off - well i expect we would have heard of it by now - unless that what the lawyers were all about - but you would imagine NAMCOR - you have no case - piss off lawyers.
and whatever is happening PCL cannot say anything until it is resolved, and becuase it is about the seismic - then maybe that data and any ann relating to it is caught up in this nonsense
