AGK may well be "on the hunt", but for what? Given that they are a vertically integrated gas company traditionally based in NSW, what would they be hunting? Perhaps generation or distribution assets in NSW? Perhaps additional production or advanced exploration assets which they can utilise in NSW? (As shown by their TO of SGL)

Does GOG match their corporate profile, even remotely? GOG has small amounts of oil production in Qld and SA, no saleable gas and no near-term prospectivity.

IF INP received a "better offer" the directors would be obliged to disclose the fact to the ASX, not to a few select shareholders.
