Hi Plugged,
I agree that the extension announcement is not an if but a when, but not based on solid relationships so much as just negotiating the size of the brown paper bag under the table. Senegal may be one of the 'least corrupt' african nations, but that's a bit like saying "least annoying reality tv show" or "least expensive Bentley", it's a relative term.
Just in my opinion of course..
