It has never been a secret that ACL must have Reddy's permission when talking to market, Reddy's have confidentiality to adhere to also with the Fill Finisher as per the contract and all of them must not speak on the FDA's behalf either until the word is passed down by them. FDA could quite well have done the inspection and everyone including the Fill Finisher, Reddy's and ACL are awaiting the stamp from FDA, remember also that it was said that the FDA was there to check a few drugs, not just Fonda, so weeks it may be to wait.
