this was done in the name of self preservation
What will be left out of this $8mil after fees and charges and the next round of 6 figure bonuses
Hell we might even issue our selves with another round of Oppis for our oustanding work LOL
You Know in all seriousness i could have accepted this even at the 40% discout if it were going to a new cornerstone investor someone that was going to back us in to the tune of $100mil on what will be hopefully succesful results
This i could accept and think well AF at long last has shown his colours and has actually been able to reach the intended investment we are looking for out there
But if this is just the same old same old grab for cash then another epic fail they give a major slice of of our register at a 40% discount where by any further increase in our SP in the build up to results will be lost on the profiteering from this raise absolute disgrace
A Cr prior to results i spoke to JG in the open house suggesting the only way i would be in favour would be by offering a discounted raising to a cornerstone willing to back us in with major funding on results
This he shot down in flames so i am not expecting new blood here
I hope they have not invited AEF back onto our register for a top up ( FURTHER TORTURE )
So when can we expect the consolidation, once the Sophs have had time to offload this latest issue LOL
One of our shareholders in our group wrote to the board as i have done over many years asking was there any intention of adding a member to our board that was connected to the wealth out there in the capital markets
To this he got a reply stating that at this moment in time the board had a whole wealth of experience in capital management LOL
What is that history
Well JG did a consolidation with KZA @ 3.8c with under 500mil SOI elevating their SP falsely through that Consolidation to 38c LOL ( about the only way we are ever gonna see figures like this ) LOL
We have Charmaine that didnt see fit to do a huge discounted raise from 24c to take us through the original PDCO route through a pivatol trial in EUROPE so we walked away and She did a CR in our
ALL TIME EVER LOWS @ 5c Great job well done NOT
Then we have Gil price that totally trashed his investors in Neurobo and left them with holdings which were not worth the paper it was written on LOL
Yet we have apparently have a of wealth board members which are experienced in the captial matrkets LOL
Forgive me but i am just not seeing this
Then we have our resident here i will not be abusive because i do not want to get this moderated but you all know who i am talking about through his wealth of knowledge and constant chats with the board and his extensive DD that he constantly informs us he gives everyone here for free, assured everyone here that no CR was going to take place and this was a definate how dare you question me i know we are not going down the CR route LOL
