You are correct he is not a geologists geologist as you pointed out, I say this having worked in the industry as long as i have in different roles you tend to build a knowledge of companys small and multinational, you know the good from the bad, the duds from the achievers and like geos BP base metals did not set the world on fire, I could go on and on but I will end it here by saying I am out of hdr as of tomarrow, i to believed in Hdr as the next big thing but I am not so sure now .
