Yes, it will take a few years to form a relationship and create a test chip.
But David and the board have said for many years that we will not be around to do this work - if the specs of the cell are good enough for someone to want to own us (ideally many partners), we will have a trade sale.
I think its a little naïve to think that the laws of capitalism will not apply here and we will not attract someone that wants to own us outright, if we do indeed solve the problems mentioned at the start of the presentation. Huge problems.
